"Title
5 of the Texas Education Code, Chapter 1001"
allows
the provider 21 calendar days
after the student completes the course
to mail the Texas defensive driving certificate to students.
In
addition, "Title
5"
also requires all Texas defensive driving certificates
must be mailed to the student even if they attend
a classroom.
Some
providers say they will mail your certificate quickly but
they won't guarantee it unless you pay extra.
However, there is a solution...
Finish
your driver education course with TicketStop by 3 PM CST
any business day and have your
certificate the very next business day.
If
we do not deliver your Texas
defensive driving
certificate as promised and it results in your ticket
not being dismissed,
we will reimburse you for your ticket. You will not find yourself standing before a judge empty-handed. This
will give you
peace of mind.
Weekend completions sent on Monday.
