As of December 20, 1999, the minimum age for a person to hold a Texas driver's license, without hardship permission, is 16 years old. The minimum driving age in other states may vary. As a consequence, the Course and other content on or accessible through our Web site is not directed to young children. It is our intention to never collect personal information from anyone under the legal driving age.
